By downloading, installing, or using any application published by North Tumbleweed LLC ("we", "us", "our", "Company"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our apps.
These Terms apply to all of our applications and any updates, new features, or services we add to them.
Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and older. By using our apps, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Some of our apps offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. Apple will notify you of price changes and may require your consent before renewal.

AI-generated content in I Am Locked In, RizzAI, InstantAI, and Chiseled is produced by on-device processing or third-party language models. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate despite our best efforts at moderation.
AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, dermatological, or psychological advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that affect your health, safety, finances, or legal standing.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI responses, including but not limited to the use of dating advice from RizzAI, discipline suggestions from I Am Locked In, or face analysis scores from Chiseled.
You may use AI-generated responses for personal purposes. We do not claim ownership over AI outputs generated in response to your prompts. However, the underlying AI models, systems, and infrastructure remain the property of their respective owners.
InstantAI InstantAI implements a 3-layer content moderation system:
Despite these measures, no moderation system is perfect. If you encounter harmful or inappropriate content, please report it to us.
I Am Locked In RizzAI These apps use AI APIs with built-in safety measures. We also apply prompt engineering to keep responses within appropriate boundaries for each app's purpose.
PushLock PushLock uses Apple's FamilyControls and Screen Time API to block apps on your device.
I Am Locked In This app encourages physical activity (pushups) as part of its discipline coaching.

Forge Audiobook content available through Forge is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Content is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, copy, or create derivative works from any content available through Forge.
RizzAI AI-generated dating advice is for entertainment and general guidance only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any social interaction influenced by RizzAI's suggestions. Always treat others with respect and use your own judgment.
InstantAI InstantAI provides general-purpose AI chat. You may not use it to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use policy. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we detect abusive usage patterns.
Chiseled Chiseled provides face analysis scoring for personal tracking and entertainment purposes.
All intellectual property rights in our apps — including code, design, graphics, icons, logos, names, and trademarks — are owned by North Tumbleweed LLC or our licensors.
You retain ownership of all content you create or provide through our apps (photos, text, messages). By using our apps, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the service — for example, the right to store and deliver your photos in Stamped, or to transmit your messages to AI providers.
You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORTH TUMBLEWEED LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless North Tumbleweed LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may stop using our apps and delete them at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through your Apple ID Account Settings before deleting the app to avoid further charges.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If arbitration is found to be inapplicable or unenforceable, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the affected app at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
